Review:

Jagame Thandhiram is a 2021 Indian Tamil film. This movie is produced by Y Not studios and Reliance Entertainment, and distributed by Netflix. This film is also dubbed in 16 other languages (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Brazilian, Spanish (Castilian), Spanish (Neutral), Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese).

Suruli (Dhanush) – a carefree gangster who isn’t bothered by anyone or his action’s consequences. When his fate leads him to London’s crime lord, what he faces is the whole story. Dhanush's intense performance is missing in this nonchalant characterization. His role is not strong enough to withhold the different sides of the story together. 

Attilla (Aishwarya Lekshmi) – a Sri Lankan Tamilian singer. Her flash back story is the backbone of this movie. She plays her role profoundly. Even though her part is strong enough to attract the audience, the rest of the parts fails to hold tightly onto the intenseness. 

Peter Sprott (James Cosmo) and Sivadoss (Joju George) are powerful rivals. Both of them significantly justify their roles. 

Few more casts also did their part perfectly (esp. Kalaiyarasan, Vadivukkarasi, Sarath Ravi and Deepak Paramesh). 

Written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. His extraordinary director’s touch is missing in this film. Music director Santhosh Narayanan gave an energetic performance throughout the film via background score and songs. 

Overall, this film tried to give us a power pack gangster story in a slow paced version that unfortunately went wrong.

I recommend this film to slow paced movie lovers and also to hardcore Dhanush fans.

Review: 

November story is an Indian Tamil language crime thriller web series produced by Vikatan Televistas and released by Disney+ Hotstar. 

Anuradha Ganesan (Tamannah) – works as an Ethical Hacker while trying to take care of her father Ganesan (G.M. Kumar) who is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer. She strives hard to balance her personal and professional life and also attempts to sell her house without her father’s knowledge. Tamannah gave a revered performance. Her acting is agreeable with her characterization in this series. G.M. Kumar's performance is so on fleek. 

Kulanthai Yesu (Pasupathy) – is a forensic doctor. This characterization will give you real twists. His performance is the finest. He is an ample choice for this role. 

Few other casts have also done a notable job (Vivek Prasanna, Aruldass, Namita Krishnamurthi and Myna Nandhini). 

This is written and directed by Indhira Subramanian a.k.a Ram. He has done a fantabulous job in his narrative and directive style. Brilliance in his writing will keep you on edge of your seat in most of the thriller scenes. Music director Saran Raghavan deserves a special appreciation. His background score is apropos to the story. 

On the whole, this series is like a magnificent crime thriller novel which comes out alive on screen with an incredible cinematography’s touch.  

I highly recommend this series to all the crime thriller lovers and also to those who love time saver series.

I love arts and want to try all kind of drawing materials. Even though I know I'm an amateur artist, I crave to explore every kind of medium in arts. My friend used these pastels and she said she loved it. The aftermath was that, I ended up with a secret desire for this one. Fortunately, one of my friends gave me this as a gift. I drew four drawings using this and I adored it absolutely.
